Most people expect not to remember anything when under hypnosis.  The reality is quite different, and the first time you listen to your hypnosolutions MP3, you will probably remember most of the session.  In subsequent sessions, you may remember less of what goes on, that’s because your conscious mind switches off since it has become familiar with the process of going into the hypnotic state.
